Our UK Operation

We operate as a branch of the well known Indian company LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India). Established in 1961, it is one of the rare few life insurers still operating in the UK in its original name and form for over six decades.

This has been possible because of our adaptability to changing environments, the support from our parent company and the patronage we receive from our customers.

We are proud of the quality of service provided to our clients.

In 1991 we had a reassurance arrangement with a local company Sunlife of UK (currently part of Aviva) to offer pension and unit linked investment products. We no longer sell those policies but existing policies are serviced through Aviva from their LIC desk at Bristol.

Our products and services are for UK clients only. We do not provide services to policies taken from the parent company in India.
